How Can One Build a Successful Business and Be a Successful Parent the Same Time?

How can one build a successful business and be a successful parent at the same time? It's called conscious integration. I want to integrate them into things i'm passionate about, not find times when i'm not around them. And integrate your family and and your kids into what you do. Because if you feel like you have two separate lives where you're a business owner and you're a parent, then you're always going to feel like one takes away from the other.
