The Effect of DoD Policy on Military Disqualifications
In 2014, we had 58,000 service members who had a diagnosis of ADHD. In 2018, that number did go from 3.9% of the military force to 2.8%. So instead of it being 60, it was close to 40,000. That's a 20,000% difference because of the way the rules changed.
