If the leadership is lacking, if they don't really care about their people that much, i'm not just talking about from the very top. If there's a hesitancy that might be a red flag, they have a kind of scramble to come up with something to make it look good. Consider that count the cost of where you land, where you accept an offer. Don't just take the word for it of the people interviewing you,. because, of course, they're going to make it sound great.

This is the last episode of 2021.
