The Hydrogen Ladder
The hydrogen ladder was a piece of work that I did last year. It creates a kind of pecking order of where I think hydrogen is going to end up being used in the future at zero economy and where I think it's very unlikely to be used. At the bottom, you've got things that are really kind of stupid to do with hydrogen. The background is that every 20 years, hydrogen goes through this period of extraordinary hype. And there's a lot of misunderstanding about what hydrogen is good for.
