Hunter Biden's Lawyers Say They Will Argue That Statute Is Unconstitutional Under the Second Amendment

Hunter Biden's lawyers have told DOJ that if they bring charges against him of being a drug user in possession of a gun, which is a felony, Hunter's lawyers will argue that statute is unconstitutional under the Second Amendment. That would mean that his Biden is running for president as someone arguing to constrain gun rights. The Democrats need to realize if you don't define this, Republicans are going to get in there and explain what happened. Ohio voters defeated a plan that would have made it more difficult to enshrine abortion rights into the state constitution last week.
