Gretchen: The pandemic led me to have a lot of really big thoughts about what is the purpose of anything and what are we doing? Jackie: I was rapidly becoming disillusioned with medical care and how we administer it. Gretchen: What I learned from the pandemic and volunteering in the pandemic solidified for me that I was heading in the right direction.
