Do You See a Connection Between Drug Consumption and Economic Inequality?
We consume about three quarters of the world's opioids. People in the United States find themselves so stressed out, feeling so much social pain that they self medicate. And with the addition of fentanyl to whatever they're consuming, it's easy to overdose. There's a term called deaths of despair. When people don't see themselves being successful in society, their deaths from drug addiction and alcohol consumption have risen substantially.
