Cisco's Anti-Discrimination Policy Is Public

After the Cisco case, a quality lab got close to 300 similar complaints about cast discrimination in the workplace. One out of two Dalit respondents in our survey said they live in fear of being outed. Because it is fully possible to grow up within cast privilege communities in America and not have visibility into the issues that people face as a result of cast and sketch.
