Are You Training People Too Early?

People in consulting don't necessarily get formally trained on these skills until they reach a more senior level. I also think there's an element around sales, but similarly, i don't know if that's a view you share. We've we're on the fence about training people too early from a sale's perspective because what we want to do is make sure they're doing a great job for their client. You can sell some stuff, if you can't deliver it, you won't get repeat work at that client and that's just t e waste of time.
