The Impact of Tropical Oceans on the Climate
The South Atlantic Ocean is flanked by low-to-meat income countries that struggle to fund the high costs of oceanography research. For instance, a research vessel can cost anywhere from 3,000 to 8,000 pounds per day out at sea. And then as an alternative, we generally try to use global data sets that are freely available. But then the problem is that the resolution of these data sets have greatly increased in the last decade.
