There's a like we get into some type of stasis with the way things are. And so that discomfort an an even be like, not only are you going to try something new,. or just go try it for the fact that you've done nothing but not try and but that might create stance between us. So i think what we're speaking to is learning how to a little bit of discomfort from time to time. But it also is what a has us feel more free.
