Is Palantir a Startup or a Contractor?

I think there are people who think that everything that Palantir does is evil. Part of me is like, yeah, so I don't think that's true. Like it's not like the Palantir has no impact on this area at all, essentially. They're just a consulting company like any other consultant,. But they were trying to be like, we scale differently than a contractor and the answer was no. It didn't look as good.
