Is That a Calory Deficit?
There's days where you fluctuate, burning 57 calories easily. You don't add three or four hundre calaries from your base. We're judging the calary deficit based off a week average, not day to day. If one day you blow it and go higher calories an wasn't planned, start kind of trying to see like where your averages end up. That refeed day is is my replacement for what was called the cheap mill,. And ther's still called cheat day or sheep mill in the industry. I hate the word 'cheap' again.
