foundry and grayscale have come to a partnership on a new investment vehicle. The two companies are under digital currency group, which is also known as Digital Currency Group. Foundry right now is the largest mining pool in the world with over 25 percent of hash. They don't control themselves they're controlled by independent miners that mine with them as a pool. It could become an issue if through regulated investors through fully compliant kyc investors foundry ends up with a shit ton of hash rate that they directly control.
