The Importance of Identity in Left Wing Identitarian Politics
In left wing identitarian politics, there's often an unconfident contingent declaration of identity. I sometimes have the same instinct as you to wish that things were a bit more individualist in the traditional liberal rugged individual sense. But if they break now with the race, what's considered to be correct racial politics, their stamped is conservative. And it's a very troubling development.
