Breath Work

Breathalyser has an incredible way of generating insight by letting us get outside our normal mode of thinking. A stangrot famously invented holotropic breath work when they took the drugs away from him inte in the sixties. For me, breath work is a real way that we can kind of interact with it and almost dialogue with it. I'll do sort of the whim hof breath work in the morning, just as a kind of wake up express o. And i'll often have amazing insight, amazing, am creative thoughts during that. It's really a very interesting medicine in that way, and it can produce really unexpected and important results for people.
