Shadow Work Is Imperative for Every Human Being

This is an incredibly important podcast. Because nothing brings out our wounding like relationships. Sometimes from our childhood, sometimes from previous or even current partners. In order to become free from the cycle of repeating these traumatic experiences, we must first become aware of what is happening in the subconscious. Where is the trauma coming from, and what is the pattern that it creates? Once we have this awareness we can then start to apply the tools and techniques necessary to begin the healing process.
