Overlands: A Game of Character

I played overlanded five years ago or something was first time I thought six. It felt like more mechanical at the time still at a cool setting and maybe that's just because I only played it at an event for a few minutes. But to me that feels like one of the biggest successes to me of the game now that you managed to create something in this pretty like fussy genre that really feels like a narrative game almost foremost. And we talked about a little bit but it just really winded that become like was it that much of a goal from the start and also when do you feel like you cracked that?
