I would be trying to convince pharmacists that we need to be able to prescribe SGLT 2's below a protonuric or albuminuric threshold of 200 milligrams per gram. What's more challenging is, you know, the GFR and emperreg outcome is much higher. That being said, there's no reason why I would think somebody with worse kidney function is not going to do as well if we put them on an S GLT 2.
