Is This a Winner or a Loser?

i don't truly believe in a black and white like this is a winner or a loser ad i believe that um you know there's certainly an in-between so what i will do is if something is crushing it and it's taking up all of the budget in there i needed to give it as much budget and kind of isolate it.
