The Hungarian Incident - The Foment Dissension in Stir-Up Disorder

The antagonistic actions which took place on a fairly wide scale during the Hungarian incident were the result of both domestic and foreign counter-revolutionary elements. This was a particular as well as a temporary phenomenon. It was a case of reactionaries inside a socialist country in league with the imperialists attempting to achieve their conspiratorial aims by taking advantage of contradictions among the people. The foment dissension in stir-up disorder, the lesson of the Hungarian incident merits attention.
