You're not going to see exactly 80 % of sales come from exactly 20 % of salespeople. So it can be 70, 30,. It could be 90, ten, it could be 95 five. But the interesting thing is, there's always the symmetry. If you start a business next week, and a year later you're hiring ten salespeople, you already know a year in advance how those ten salespeople are going to turn out. And so there's the symmetrical disproportion between cause and effect, and it's everywhere.
