Robusta Coffee - A New Coffee Species
Robusta was a different species in the same coffee family as arabica. Found growing wild at the turn of the century in what was then called the belgian congo. Robusta is typically used in instant coffee where it alwas process so much that youamust ei can't appreciate the origin of flavor. But it did also make its way into regular coffee in europe and in the states.
