Is Divided Government Bad or Good?

There's nothing that can unify the world like spreading around a bunch of money. And I think the IRA legislation is really brilliant in that way. As you said, it didn't ask anybody to really make any hard decisions. It just is going to spread around a lot of money in potentially really, really powerful and productive ways. That's possible under divided government.
