I think Rocket Print to their favor are very good at customer service. You can call them up and they'll be very thorough with you. But like, you don't have the depth of tracking that you guys have. All I can attest to is that I got students that send out mail to other means. And it's like 50, 50 coin toss up as to whether or not we're going to have to do a second campaign. So far without fail, every single one has gotten a deal within their first campaign. That makes my day. Big time. Watch this space for some cool stuff coming there.
