How to Manage the Client Side of Project Management

We have a couple of different ways of talking to a client we actually really enjoy WhatsApp groups. Within 30 minutes we get immediate feedback from our clients that hey this is approved go ahead or no i feel like we should change this word. We set very clear boundaries that we don't work after 6, 6, 30 pm so even if you message us we will probably not respond which is mostly me or the project manager they respond to them but we never do deliveries after a certain point right?
