The History of Project Identification

Harley Rutledge started an investigation into UFO sightings in Southeast Missouri. He used EMF meters, telescopes and night vision cameras to document strange lights over Clearwater Lake. A month later two women saw a craft hovering right over the lake as they were going home. The local power company was even contacted to find out if some of the power outages had anything to do with these craft.
