Colorado Housing Developments - What Happened Back Then?

Tom Woods: Colorado didn't have the woes of a place like, say, St. Louis or Detroit. He says there was just so much housing production back then that you had a lot of stuff primed to be empty. But he says it's not like that now; we'll probably have different blowback from this bubble.woods: I would say, yeah, it's a bubble, but it's definitely different and there's different causes.
