Russia's 'Siber' Problems Aren't Just a Technical Issue, but Also a Psychological One as Well.
The us are very heavil indexed on the technical and i take this back kind of to the nineties. We were thinking in siburn about cibra in terms of networks and data transmission a. That's not really how moscow and and russia, that was not the centre of their thinking about, you know, siber issues. They thought about it in much more holistic terms, starting more with the human psyche than with network integrity. And so they may have put a lot of their eggs in the cognitive basket. For the purposes of this conflict in ukraine, they very well may have simply overindexed on the cognitive side - there's just not much evidence
