When do you know to hold back? Or should you just have an opinion on everything? And distrupt. Like how do you know when it's worth it and when it's not? One of the things that i've been learning about, reading about and teach about is hi idea that leaders must be present in the spaces that they are. I sometimes start a lot of conversations with setting contexts,. But also asking questions, and i allow every one a chance to answer that question.
