In early 2000s, the assets were not a problem as much as they are today. And deficits today, if you just think about where we are at 7.3%, is way larger than any other time we saw back in the 70s for instance. So responsible spending, reckless amount of fiscal spending, I think it's going to fit into this inflationary problem. The de-globalization trend is certainly inflationary at its core. and so all those things make me believe that having tangible assets really cheap relative to financial assets in a day like today will be very strong over the long term.
