Chris Sharer: I was resistant to the idea of a brainstorming session. My boss came to me and said, so and so from the New York office asked if we could get a different UX designer on the project because you didn't wanna do it. That's when I realized, oh my goodness, like I can't work this way anymore. It is gonna come back and hurt me, right? Since then I've done a complete 180. Chris: Would you consider yourself an introvert? Like that are you just saying how it was for me?
