What's Your Philosophy of Education?

i think part of our challenge is standardized testing. And if you understand the way that school systems are built, they're reallyoow about turning out people who are actually very similar to fit particular industrial needs in terms of production. So i so i wonder why your way of thinking is not more prevalent in our education system. Di'm curiously what you if you were given an opportunity, based on this philosophy, to go into the education system and re design it? Would change.
