The Prayer of Self Versus a Prayer of God

When we pray the prayer of self, we're dethroning ourselves and enabling God's kingdom to become the pursuit of our heart. A lot of Jesus was like, look, Father, to be honest with you, not my sin. I didn't do this. And honestly, I want to go ahead and build a little name for myself. So what we need is to have kingdom prayer. It can be terrifying, but it can also be liberating.
