The Japanese markets have a 33 year high, the topic's up 13% already, year to date. Over the previous 40 years after Second World War, Japan had gone through this huge economic boom. At the end of that bubble in Japan, the price of kind of a meter of land in, or apartment in Tokyo, was 350 times higher than it was in Manhattan.
