The contract of the United Parcel Service Workers, almost 350,000 of them expires. They have voted 97% to go on strike if their needs are not met. So far, UPS has not only not met their needs, but insulted their intelligence. With holding air conditioners from your workers, that's a cheap way to make more profit at the expense of people. Forcing the longshoremen out on a strike where they earn no money for themselves and their families, that's the class struggle between employers and employees. And that means you have to be willing to fight.
