Precognition and Psychokinesis

No one that I'm aware of in research thinks that precognition has to be things that individuals personally experience. It was a big issue with regard to remote viewing spying. Do you need to have a winning person there who is experiencing this? When you have to, it gets to the issue, at what timeframe did you get the data and from where? And we don't know the actual answer to that,. But it's very clear that individuals have access to, in fact, most all of the spine data, almost all of it.
