In the early 2000s a million dollar house would have been mansion, huge, big property. Minimum one swimming pool in a tennis court. Now that's an apartment. You'd be lucky to have a view of a swimming pool or a shared one. Or a balcony you could fit a table on. Not even a table. A million dollars a month on wine. That is a lot of money.
