What Is Lily Golden's Name?

There is this half black half Jewish tennis champion ethnomusicologist named Golden who would have a good hyphenate right there. Lily was her parents were both American. They were socialists. Her father was black her mother was Jewish. And then when they ran off to Russia had Lily she became like a Soviet tennis champ and then became like an ethnomusiologist and what and then became Joseph Stalin daughters best friend. So there's this fascinating I mean this is a ridiculous history I'm sure I that I offer because I would love to know more about her.
