Leadership that has no empathy, I think, has proven to be dangerous and hard. People are not inspired by people like that. And so a word that I've been practicing and working on with my marriage, but even with my leadership. That as long as it got done, I don't care how you feel. It's about it's about let's get it done. Get sucked it up. You don't want to work in it.
