I think this is actually gonna push a lot of protocols to launch their tokens faster, because if you just did like a big OTC deal, or a venture range, or staff, that's what the judge here constituted as a security. So now what you wanna do is you wanna basically sprint to get your token out the door. That could be a weird second order implication here. I don't know. It's really interesting.
