Does Diversity Have a Value in Competency Hierarchies?

I think that at the bottom of this diversity inclusivety, equity, nonsense is a true hatred for competence. That's what i think's drivingg we can undermine the idea of competence by making the fashionable post modern assumption that everything is about power. In my estimation, your perspectives have obviously struck a nerve that resinates far and wide. Why you? Why? Now, what void in our society has your messagin been able to address?
