Casting the Actors

In this chapter, they discuss the process of casting actors for the show. They talk about how Mike, the creator, curates a cast of great people and how there is very little drama among the actors. They also discuss how William Jackson Harper was cast for his role and mention the stiff competition he faced. They mention that it's never a guarantee who will be cast and that even if a director has a strong preference, it doesn't necessarily mean the actor will be chosen.
