The End User vs. The Product Owner?
The tuilio customers was the end user. So i spent a lot of time doing user research. I didn't have a dedicated user reeture, unfortunately,. But i did actually create a structure around interviewing a lot of customers. And then based on that, i created a use of research strategy in trying to make sure i tried and talk to different types of customers so that i can understand better what kind of deens they had.
