You need your personal board of directors to help advise you along that right some one a who may be a few steps ahead of you, someone who's made the mistakes that you don't want to make. They can be in the form of coaches, mentors and sponsors. Lastly, is a getting clear on your goals. So if anyone you know, has their notion out, or ther asana out, or if ther old school like me, where i literally have a physical journal where i write down all my goals and actual dreams. Am, let's go through an exercise pretty quickly. I want to make sure that you have a framework for a very specific goal that you want to achieve.
