The Relationship Between Emotional Distress and News Consumption on Social Media
The more somebody spent time reading newspaper articles related to COVID-19, the more emotionally distressed they felt. Do you have any idea why? I mean, I was going to ask at some point whether the medium matters. And it would seem to me that reading a newspaper, the imagery is more in your mind. So what's the difference here? I think there are about five or ten causes that may be responsible for this difference.
