There's no real data about nonste oidals versus setaman fin. I personally would probably choose nonste oids, but m you can let them choose. And then am other serap um, i do give them a walking boot if they need it, or brutches. Parking a great which prevents them from the coming back to get one. If there is a fracture, you can probably manage a unimulular fracture just with splinting and then having them seen in a few ays by anorthopedis.
