Coaching Can Make a Big Difference in the Workplace
Coaching is one of the, if it's done well and high quality can be one of the driving levers to unleash this within organizations and at scale. I think a new world of work necessitates new ways to approach work where coaching can make such a big difference. So how does coaching support the individual shift across all levels of the organization wants to capture shift? But you know, and then the measurement of that. How do we then measure what I do in my coaching against the collective impact for sustainability or customer centricity? There were some nice time when people said they had coach but now it's no longer good enough. It's got to get serious on the agenda.
