Dave Brailsford is Director of Sports at Team Ineos, which sponsors a huge variety of sports. Dave's job is to oversee and advise elite cyclists, sailing teams, marathon runners, Formula One racers and most recently the football team OGC Niece. I caught up with Dave whilst he was in New York for an event called 'The World’s Most Successful Teams' He says there are certain common denominators that tend to see all successful teams being made up of similar people. But each sport has its own unique set of characteristics such as how it develops over time.
