Casper started with this beautiful simple idea which was not that every single person who needs a mattress is gonna be a customer. But there's a pretty solid percentage of the population who will buy a really solid, good, affordable mattress and we can build a big business. The other piece of advice is just like pick the thing that you're gonna win at that's really important to solving a real problem and just obsessively, maniacally focus on that.
